The City of Oshkosh’s website and email system aren’t working because of a computer virus.
City spokeswoman Emily Springstroh says they’re trying to figure out how the virus got into their internal system early this morning.
She says their phone system still works, so people can call City Hall, if they need something. She understands it’s inconvenient for the website and email to be down.
Springstroh says staffers are also working to recover any lost data from their system.
