Whiteout conditions on I-41 South in the Neenah area helped lead to the biggest pileup in Wisconsin history.

Thirty-year-old Andrew Schefelker of Oshkosh was killed. He taught science at Iola-Scandinavia’s middle and high schools.
A California man’s cat went missing, and he stayed in the area longer during the search. The cat was found dead, not far from the crash scene.
