The Oshkosh School District is likely heading to referendum again next spring.
The School Board is considering the first phase of recommendations from its Facilities Advisory Committee.
It includes security upgrades and deferred maintenance projects.
Board President Barbara Herzog supports spending $20 million on that.
School Board members appear less willing to bring a question to build a new Merrill Middle School and a new Webster Elementary School to the voters in April.
A final decision on the questions to put on the ballot will be made by the Board next month.
