A state prison inmate escaped from a facility in Oshkosh that provides substance abuse programs.
Forty-year-old Ryan Jurgens was in custody for a drug conviction, violating court orders, and shoplifting.
He left the Drug Abuse Correctional Center just after 10:30 a.m. today. He was last seen in a maroon Chevy Trailblazer. He’s white, and he was wearing green pants and a gray sweatshirt.
