A jogger told Oshkosh police she was attacked on the east side on Sunday afternoon.
Officer Kate Mann says the woman was running in the area of Nevada Avenue and Menominee Drive around 1:15 p.m., when a young, African-American man shoved her to the ground. He immediately ran away.
Mann says investigators aren’t sure if the motive was an assault or a robbery. She says the investigation is ongoing.
The jogger wasn’t hurt, and nothing was taken from her.
