Jackson Street is one of the busiest roads in Oshkosh, and the city is looking for ways to deal with the traffic.
City Manager Mark Rohloff says they’re also working on recommendations to improve safety.
There’s a community meeting on the plan at Oaklawn Elementary School, at 6 p.m. tonight.
