The man believed to have brought explosive devices to an Oshkosh hospital has a history of bomb threats.
Joshua Cheek was arrested after two homemade devices were discovered at Ascension Medical Center on November six.
Court records say Cheek has convictions dating back to 2010 for previous threats and is facing felony charges for five alleged threats last month to Menasha High School. Family Dollar, the White House and Valley Packaging Industries.
No charges have been filed yet in connection with the hospital incident.
