It’ll take longer and cost more than expected to rebuild a parking lot in downtown Oshkosh.
City Manager Mark Rohloff says they found unexpected contamination on the site of the Ceape Avenue lot.
The original budget for project was $1.5 million. The city doesn’t have an updated cost yet.
