A proposal to ban vaping in Oshkosh is taking shape.
City Attorney Lynn Lorensen says she’s working with Neenah officials to put the same rule on the books.
Vaping would be added to the city’s smoking ban.
The Neenah ban lets people sample different products in vaping shops. There isn’t a timetable for Oshkosh’s Common Council to take up the ban.
