A riverfront development in Oshkosh is expanding.
Assistant City Manager John Fitzpatrick says the Morgan Crossing Apartments will be adding more units. He says the project has been popular so far, providing housing in the campus area.
The former Cabrini Catholic School in Oshkosh could also get a new lease on life.
Fitzpatrick says the church is looking for an entirely different use for the building. He says there’s a proposal to convert the building into housing, while keeping the historical nature of the building’s architecture.
The developers for both projects will present their plans to the Oshkosh Common Council tonight.
