A second Republican is getting in the race for a northern Wisconsin congressional seat.
Army veteran Jason Church of Hudson hopes to succeed Congressman Sean Duffy in the seventh district. The 30-year-old Church lost both legs in 2012, in a bomb explosion in Afghanistan.
He spent six years working for Republican U.S. Senator Ron Johnson of Oshkosh.
Republican state Sen. Tom Tiffany is also in the race. A number of candidates from both parties are also considering a run.
The primary will be December 30th, and the general election is set for January 27th.
