State Attorney General Josh Kaul is calling on the streaming industry to limit the use of tobacco in video content.
He’s joining a bipartisan group of 42 other attorneys general to push for the change.
They’re asking companies to eliminate tobacco use in any future content that’s rated PG-13 or under. They also want them to offer parental controls that can restrict access to any content with tobacco use.
