The co-founder of Mile of Music says organizers are working on “a lot of cool stuff” leading up to next year’s festival.
Dave Willems says Mile 8 will be a little earlier, starting on July 30, 2020. He also wants to hold more events before then. Willems expects more year-round concerts and events, in hopes of solidifying Appleton as a destination for original music.
He estimates 90,000 to 95,000 people went to this year’s festival.
