At the beginning of June, 10 Years guitarist Matt Wantland severely injured his hand with a miter saw. Yesterday, Matt took to Facebook to give an update on the status of his hand and upcoming tour dates with the band.
“I just started trying to play guitar and could do it a little bit but it’s still really hard to get through a full song. So, uh, my prediction is that I will probably not be able to play this Ghost show. I was hoping I would… it’s also still a little early so ya know we have a month to go we’ll see.”
The show he’s talking about is in Tennessee on August 31st. The band only has 10 shows scheduled for the month of September so hopefully Matt will be able to join them on at least one of those dates.
