Here is your Razor Underground Recap for June 9th, 2019.
We kicked things off with brand new music from Mocklove. These guys are led by the amazingly talented Madelyn Munsell who recently wrapped her studies at the Boston Conservatory. Evoking all kinds of emotion on this track, this band slays. Just don’t compare them to Paramore. Here’s “I Am Distance”.
Joining me as my special guest on this episode of Razor Underground was Hannah Maddox of Heartsick Heroine. Hannah formerly fronted the band Scarlet Canary. After the demise, her and axe-man/husband Allen decided to form Heartsick Heroine. Hear the complete story below and check out their latest “Dead Like Me”!
New music came this week from UK bad-asses Boston Manor. These dudes can’t seem to stop dropping hits, and I am totally fine with that. They are out on tour right now with A Day To Remember and I can’t wait to see where this band goes in the future.
And now for something weird. I had the opportunity to spin the latest this week from The Tea Party. I was initially skeptical of this tune but it’s really grown on me. It has a driving beat and a straight southern rock vibe that I can’t deny. Check out “Black River”!
Razor Underground is brought to you by Bud Light and airs every Sunday from 10P-Midnight only on Razor Wisconsin!
