Mark Hoppus of Blink-182 told NME that they’ve recorded over 40 tracks with producers John Feldmann and Pharrell Williams. He added that no matter what songs make the final cut, the album is very different.
“It’s very different from California. It’s a lot more aggressive. It’s darker in theme and tone. If you [compare]California to Enema of the State, then this album is more like the [self-titled] record where we are trying to experiment more…and trying to expand upon what people think Blink 182 is.”
Look for the new album from Blink later this year.
