The remaining two members of the legendary rap/rock group The Beastie Boys will release a pretty in depth memoir just simply called Beastie Boys Book on October 30th. The book includes an oral history, a graphic novel, a cookbook by chef Roy Choi, mixtape playlists, rare photos, original illustrations, and even a map of the Beastie Boy’s New York. Oh and there will be special guest pieces by Amy Poehler, Colson Whitehead, Spike Jonze, Wes Anderson, and Luc Sante.
In honor of the release of this historic book Adam Horowitz and Mike D will hit the road for a few tour stops, but those will all be in New York, LA and London. Hopefully there will be footage on line after the “shows.”
